CPC Completes Site Renovation for LBUSD.

School is back in session at the Twain Child Development Centerand students have something to be excited about this Fall. CPC renovated their playground and lunch shelter over the summer, providing some much-needed repairs. Our company worked around the clock to get the school ready in time for classes and received high marks from the school district.

CPC, a specialist in hard demolition, paving, and concrete work, reconfigured a new irrigation and sprinkler system, as well as the assembly of two jungle gyms for students. As the prime contractor we oversaw and self performed the majority of this 50,000 SF asphalt and concrete rehabilitation project. As part of a city-wide environmental push, CPC planted new trees and turned a once-typical school site into an aesthetically pleasing playground for young students. Where possible, we used best management practices to recycle construction materials, particuarly aggregate base.

Though school was in session during the first phase of construction, CPC worked around the needs of the Child development center, implemented a rigorous safety plan, and successfully finished the job ahead of schedule.
